I've always been a proactive person, a glass-half-full kind of guy and I think little things multiply and become big things.
If we do enough good things they will grow to big things in a good way. The opposite is true as well though. Doing a bunch of little things that are bad will come back to bite us.
Believing these two things to be true I like to do little things that can help put me and others in a position to do well.
I use this approach in the classroom, in the gym, at home, and really, everywhere I go.
So today, I thought I'd share a few thoughts on why the little things matter to us as coaches.
